"No hidden fees" is one of the most overused phrases in online selling. Sellers in Pakistan have heard it before, then found deductions in their payout that nobody mentioned.
So instead of a slogan, here is exactly what we mean, and how to check we're keeping our word.
The promise
If a fee is not listed on our pricing page, we don't charge it.
That page lists every fee a seller can pay on AdeelSab: commission by category, listing, shipping, COD handling, RTO and payout transfer. Next to each one, it says when it applies.
Why we put the uncomfortable costs first
The costs sellers most often discover too late are the ones we put front and centre:
- RTO charges. What you pay when a COD parcel is refused. They're on the delivery page, with a table by zone.
- Payout timing. When cash actually reaches you. See the schedule on the payouts page.
- Commission by category. The full table is visible on the page, not behind a "contact us" button.
A seller who knows these numbers before signing can price correctly from day one. A seller who finds them in their first payout feels cheated, and they're right to.
Why some numbers say "to be confirmed"
We're pre-launch. Some rates, such as specific commission percentages and delivery charges, are still being finalised with our partners. Rather than publish estimates that might change, we mark those values clearly until they're confirmed.
We'd rather show you an honest gap than a number we might have to walk back.
How to hold us to it
- Compare your payout statement with the pricing page. Every deduction should match a listed fee.
- Ask during onboarding. Our team will go through every cost with you, in Urdu or English, before you sign.
- Tell us if something doesn't match. Message us on WhatsApp. If we've charged something that isn't listed, that's our mistake to fix.
Why this matters to us
A marketplace only works if sellers trust it with their stock, their customers and their money. Trust built on a slogan breaks at the first surprise deduction. Trust built on published numbers lasts.

ہم ناخوشگوار اخراجات پہلے کیوں بتاتے ہیں
جو اخراجات سیلرز کو اکثر دیر سے پتہ چلتے ہیں، ہم انہیں سب سے نمایاں رکھتے ہیں:
- RTO چارجز۔ جب COD پارسل مسترد ہو تو آپ کیا ادا کرتے ہیں۔ یہ ڈیلیوری صفحے پر زون کے حساب سے ٹیبل میں ہیں۔
- ادائیگی کا وقت۔ کیش اصل میں آپ تک کب پہنچتا ہے۔ ادائیگیوں کے صفحے پر شیڈول دیکھیں۔
- کیٹیگری کے حساب سے کمیشن۔ مکمل ٹیبل صفحے پر نظر آتا ہے، "ہم سے رابطہ کریں" کے بٹن کے پیچھے نہیں۔
جو سیلر دستخط سے پہلے یہ اعداد جانتا ہے وہ پہلے دن سے درست قیمت رکھ سکتا ہے۔ جسے یہ پہلی ادائیگی میں پتہ چلیں وہ دھوکہ محسوس کرتا ہے، اور بجا طور پر کرتا ہے۔
کچھ اعداد پر "تصدیق باقی" کیوں لکھا ہے
ہم ابھی لانچ سے پہلے ہیں۔ کچھ ریٹس، جیسے مخصوص کمیشن فیصد اور ڈیلیوری چارجز، ابھی پارٹنرز کے ساتھ طے ہو رہے ہیں۔ بدل سکنے والے اندازے شائع کرنے کے بجائے ہم ان کی تصدیق تک انہیں واضح طور پر نشان زد رکھتے ہیں۔
ہم آپ کو ایسا عدد دکھانے کے بجائے جو بعد میں واپس لینا پڑے، ایماندارانہ خالی جگہ دکھانا بہتر سمجھتے ہیں۔
ہمیں اس پر کیسے قائم رکھیں
- اپنی ادائیگی اسٹیٹمنٹ قیمتوں کے صفحے سے ملائیں۔ ہر کٹوتی کسی درج شدہ فیس سے ملنی چاہیے۔
- آن بورڈنگ میں پوچھیں۔ دستخط سے پہلے ہماری ٹیم اردو یا انگریزی میں ہر خرچ آپ کے ساتھ دیکھے گی۔
- کچھ نہ ملے تو بتائیں۔ واٹس ایپ پر پیغام کریں۔ اگر ہم نے کوئی غیر درج شدہ رقم لی ہے تو اسے ٹھیک کرنا ہماری ذمہ داری ہے۔
یہ ہمارے لیے کیوں اہم ہے
مارکیٹ پلیس تبھی چلتی ہے جب سیلرز اسے اپنا مال، اپنے گاہک اور اپنا پیسہ سونپنے پر بھروسہ کریں۔ نعرے پر بنا بھروسہ پہلی غیر متوقع کٹوتی پر ٹوٹ جاتا ہے۔ شائع شدہ اعداد پر بنا بھروسہ قائم رہتا ہے۔
