How much commission do you charge?آپ کتنا کمیشن لیتے ہیں؟
Commission is 7% of the item price at launch, the same for every category, and published in full on our pricing page. There is no listing fee. Who pays for shipping?شپنگ کا خرچ کون دیتا ہے؟
You decide per product: the customer pays, you pay (to offer free delivery), or you split it. Delivery costs a flat Rs 350 per parcel, anywhere in Pakistan.ہر پروڈکٹ کے لیے آپ طے کریں: گاہک دے، آپ دیں (مفت ڈیلیوری کے لیے)، یا دونوں آدھا آدھا۔ ڈیلیوری کا خرچ پاکستان میں کہیں بھی فی پارسل Rs 350 ہے۔
What if a customer refuses a COD parcel?اگر گاہک COD پارسل لینے سے انکار کر دے تو؟
The parcel comes back to you (return to origin, RTO) and a return charge of Rs 300 per parcel applies, deducted from your payout. A customer who refuses a parcel is not charged for it, so this cost falls on you. What if my stock doesn't sell?اگر میرا مال نہ بکے تو؟
Your stock stays with you. We never buy or hold inventory, so there is nothing to send us, take back or write off. You can change prices, pause or remove listings whenever you like. There is no listing fee — you only pay commission when an item sells.آپ کا مال آپ کے پاس ہی رہتا ہے۔ ہم نہ اسٹاک خریدتے ہیں نہ رکھتے ہیں، اس لیے نہ کچھ بھیجنا ہے نہ واپس لینا۔ آپ جب چاہیں قیمت بدلیں، لسٹنگ روکیں یا ہٹا دیں۔ لسٹنگ فیس کوئی نہیں — آپ صرف اُس وقت کمیشن دیتے ہیں جب پروڈکٹ بکے۔
